We know that it is sometimes easier to write things down rather than to pick up the phone. That's why we have introduced the email support service.

When you contact us by email we will try to get back to you within approximately three working days. If you feel that you need help urgently, you can always ring our free, confidential, 24-hour Parentline on 0808 800 2222

Our email support service is secure and confidential. We will only break confidentiality if there is a life threatening situation, or a child or adult is felt to be at risk of significant harm.
