If so, we also offer several groups over the telephone, free of charge. This service is only available for people living in England and Wales.

Telephone groups are small, with five or six parents and a facilitator. The other parents are likely to have children the same age as yours and may be facing similar challenges.

You will be able to share ideas with others, get support and pick up new tips on parenting.

You will be called on any number you wish for one and half hours for six weeks, at the same time each week. The group facilitator will phone you individually for a short chat to explain exactly how this works before the group starts.
